Well it happens to us all at sometime – you have just cured a piece of resin and while you are admiring it you suddenly notice there is something in there that shouldn’t be there!

Please note: this photo was taken at the end of the process and extra colour has been added

So what happens now – do you discard that piece as rubbish, do you keep it as it is and hope no one notices or do you FIX IT? but HOW? … rest assured I will show you how to remove a foreign body – its easy watch my video below.

It all looks very brutal when I first start drilling with my Dremel Multi Tool but as you see at the end of the video – it all works out well, just trust yourself and your tools, it is important to have the right tools, and to use them safely, wearing protective clothing, eye/ear protection if needed.

I hope you have found this video to be helpful, its very frustrating to find a piece you love has a flaw of any kind, but remember that most problems can be solved and fairly easily too, just stay calm – have a look through my problem solving blogs and beginner tutorials that I am updating regularly.

Coming soon … How to clean your mixing cups and molds, I see this question asked so many times on social media sites, and I am writing a blog on this subject now that will be posted very soon
