Welcome to the 3rd and final part of Doming with UV resin. During this tutorial you have seen me working on 2 different pendants both in open back bezels – using 2 different types of UV resin – one being a Low Viscosity, the very runny type and also High Viscosity the much thicker type more like honey.

Above is the Heart Shape Pendant with Real Forget-Me-Not Flowers and Pearls that you saw me doming in the last video.

It really is your choice to make which resin you choose to work with, and you will decide that as you craft, and try different things out, you will find what works best for you, what YOU feel more comfortable with. Personally I always use LETS RESIN (UV Resin and Epoxy Resin) you can find them here on Amazon
At the end of the day to Dome, or not Dome, depends on the finish you want, for each individual piece you are working on.

Above image shows the pendant in part 3 video you can see the final height of the dome
Resin Run-overs or Spills
In my next blog following on from Doming I will just quickly cover what happens when your resin runs over the edge while Doming or Layering – Its something that happens to us all as you saw it happened during one of my videos, so I thought this would be the perfect time to to share my advice on what to do if or when you find yourself in that situation. So please do watch out for the next blog coming soon
