Well this is a tool I really cannot do without – My Dremel Multi Tool. I originally bought one a few years ago mainly to use for engraving on glass, I also bought the flexible shaft which made engraving so much easier it was just like holding a pen, so much better for any kind of detail work. Today my craft work mainly consists of UV Resin and Air-Dry Clay projects, and this handy little tool is well used for drilling holes to attach jewellery findings, also for sanding rough areas and for final finishing touches and polishing.

There are many attachments to suit various craft work, The Dremel Multi Tool I bought, did come with several useful attachments included – and then over time, I have bought extra sets, as I have found the need for them. I would suggest that you take some time and look through the types of attachments available to suit your needs with your particular craft work.

As you saw in the video I have my Dremel Multi Tool hanging up on my work bench, this way works really well for me, as it is plugged in and ready to use straight away.
It is I find, also very quick and easy to change the attachments – which is exactly what I need, I can go very quickly from sanding a rough piece of resin to then drilling the hole needed to fit an earring hook, all within a few minutes.
So this is WHY? My Dremel Multi Tool is the Tool I cannot be without, it is just so useful especially set up as I have it, and all my attachments are kept close to hand also.
