Introducing The Mary-Anne Collection
My own signature range, of handmade character bag charms and keepsakes, inspired by my creativity and named after my birth name, Mary-Anne. Each piece is individually handmade, making every character unique.
No two characters are exactly alike, and they make a thoughtful gift, for someone who loves whimsical handmade characters – ideal for collectors, or anyone who appreciates unique handcrafted art.
I create my characters using wire, UV resin, and cotton yarn, each character is signed with my maker’s mark, that is sealed beneath a layer of resin, and then hand painted with a beautiful stained glass effect. When you purchase a Mary-Anne character bag charm, it comes to you with its own Welcome Card – making it an official member of the Mary-Anne Collection, each character has its own little personality and its own story to tell, with names like ‘ The Bad Hair Day Girl ‘ , ‘Cheeky Girl’ or ‘The Boy Loves Fishing’, they are all so adorable, and I have ideas for creating so many more Mary-Anne Characters, I am sure there will be at least one Mary-Anne that will fit perfectly into your life.

I do enjoy creating these characters and they are becoming quite a family now – I am excited to show you my ideas for new characters. I do not use any patterns or moulds to create these characters, I don’t even measure my wire to start with! therefor there may sometimes be differences in sizes but I believe this adds to their individual personalities, and yes I admit I do find myself talking to the characters as I create them.
